ENTER MY CHRISTMAS CONTEST - ALL YOU NEED IS A NAME!

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of hanging out with a world's worth of talent all in one area. , , were just a few of the friendly folks I met with (for a second time) at Steak and Shake last night in Greensboro. Not only was I inspired by their talent, but I left there feeling happy and encouraged. I couldn't have met a more welcoming bunch, who doesn't judge you by talent (or lack thereof, in my case). I can't wait 'till next month's D&D! Can you believe it took me the entire meal to realize that *trialsze was sitting right next to me? Talk about embarrassing! I'm thinking of taking a couple of finished pencils next time - that way they don't think I'm a totally horrible artist from my sketchbook (dawww).

Lately, my Etsy Shop has been doing great. Over 80 sales and still kicking! The only problem is that I'm addicted to Etsy now... I've spent so much money on soap, earrings, and miscellaneous items! My latest obsession has been with SoapLane, who makes the most sensual scented FIGHT CLUB soap. And her prices are super affordable - I love all the bars I've bought from her (I've bought 10+ bars - they make GREAT Christmas gifts, too!). So, go check her out. I was considering starting up an Etsy Finds blog, where I buy stuff, post it, and share the quality of the work, the quickness of the shipping, and so on. Not like anyone cares what I think. XD

Tomorrow I'm going to see Taking Back Sunday in concert (ROAD TRIP! 4 hours away!), so hopefully I'll have plenty of pictures to bring back and post (yay for 15x zoom and ISO).

I know I haven't posted many drawings lately. One of two reasons: I had to buy a new home computer and get the scanner hooked up, and second, my arm hurts really bad when I draw for too long now. BUT, I have so much art to catch up on and show, and I promise I'll post them soon!
